Alpheon Corporation, the region’s leading provider of managed technology services, today unveiled its new corporate identity and newly-branded service platforms, Assure: Healthcare® and Assure: Business®.
“Today’s shift to a bigger and better brand identity represents the transformation under way at Alpheon and invigorates our team as we expand our leadership and footprint,” says Greg Donovan, president and CEO of Alpheon.
Alpheon now boasts a new logo and the tagline, “IT the way it should be”, which better reflects the company’s core business philosophy.
“Prior to the rebranding initiative, we commissioned an independent research study that confirmed companies select Alpheon for two reasons – our responsive ‘old school’ customer service approach and our distinctive technology solutions. Customers understand that with Alpheon, their technology is reliable and in the hands of friendly experts they can trust. Now our brand better conveys that,” Donovan says.
Alpheon also launched Alpheon Assure®, the new brand name for its propriety managed services platform which proactively monitors and manages customers’ networks to prevent issues before they disrupt business. Assure: Healthcare® is a service package designed specifically to address the technology needs for healthcare practices while Assure: Business® is a service package designed specifically to address the technology needs for businesses.
Alpheon will soon unveil its new website, complete with new content, a photo gallery and corporate blog, and a robust Support Center for customers.
